Hopefully you will love your Ivy t-shirt(s) but if not, then you are more than welcome to exchange or request a refund. To do so, please ensure that the item(s) has not been worn or damaged in any way and is still in a saleable condition.

Then carefully re-fold and package the t-shirt with its original tags and complete the returns form that is enclosed in your order confirming the reason for return and send it back to us via your chosen method of postage. We recommend obtaining ‘proof of postage’ and retaining this until you have received confirmation of your refund and/or exchange. Please note that it usually takes between 5-10 working days from the postage date for us to receive items and process refunds depending on your payment provider.

We are unable to offer free returns at the moment.
