The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our brand forward, increasing awareness and introducing the brand to more like-minded women. This is a dynamic role for a driven individual who can lead and execute marketing strategies across email campaigns, social media, and Facebook advertising. You will be responsible for growing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales through innovative and results-driven marketing efforts.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Email Marketing:- Plan, create, and manage email campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
- Analyse email performance and optimize strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Manage subscriber segmentation and A/B testing to enhance targeting.
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand values and marketing goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (visuals and captions) for Instagram and other platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and implement strategies to boost engagement, followers, and brand loyalty.
Facebook Advertising:
- Plan, launch, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to stand out from the crowd, drive authentic engagement, and sales.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
- Manage the advertising budget effectively to maximise ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics for all marketing channels.
- Use data insights to inform future campaigns and improve effectiveness.
- Work closely with the founder to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead collaborations with influencers, freelancers or agencies when needed (e.g., graphic designers or photographers).
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep Ivy ahead of the curve.
Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in email marketing, social media content creation, and Facebook advertising.
- Strong understanding of sustainable fashion and the Ivy target audience.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Klaviyo (or equivalent platforms).
- Shopify knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solver who can think strategically and execute tactically.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
