OUR PRODUCT
Aside from the environmental benefits, organic cotton also provides the incredible softness for which you know and love Ivy t's. Not only does it feel amazing to wear, it is the ideal choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies, as fewer chemicals are used in its manufacture. Combined with longer, smoother fibres than regular cotton, organic fabrics are softer, feel better and last longer.
Using a mild and gentle detergent, wash your t-shirts inside out on a gentle, 30 degree cycle and with similar colours. Avoid using softeners as they can damage the fabric - our organic cotton is soft enough.
If you have so many Breton's that you can fill a whole load, why not do a Breton wash to keep them all together?

Take your clothes out of the washing machine as soon as possible once the cycle has finished and gently re-shape whilst damp.
Line or rack dry or hang them in an airing cupboard - never tumble dry them because it can damage the fabrics fibres and age your garments, as well as using a huge amount of energy.
If you dry your Ivy garments as guided above, minimal ironing should be required. However, when you do iron them, use a warm temperature and iron on the reverse.
Store your t-shirts/sweatshirts/dresses in a cool, dry place - ideally folded in a drawer. If you do hang them, be sure to use only wooden or velvet hangers (just be aware that hanging can cause misshapen shoulders).
Our t-shirts/sweatshirts/dresses are super soft, we often receive emails from customers thanking us because they have finally found a t-shirt that doesn’t itch and feels super soft.
SUSTAINABILITY
All Ivy products are made at a Sedex approved and certified garment manufacturer in Portugal. Like us, the factory is constantly striving to reduce its impact on the environment and it only works with carefully selected third parties who share its core values.
We currently incorporate a number of more eco-friendly materials in the product packaging we use to get our t-shirts safely from our warehouse to your door; The boxes, envelopes, recycled tissue paper and parcel tape we use are all biodegradable packaging, but they are also 100% recyclable and wherever possible, we encourage our customers to re-use or pop them in the recycling bin rather than throwing them in general waste.
SIZING
For each style we have a sizing guide that details the measurements for each size, these can be found on the individual page for each style. For example, the sizing guide for Megan can be found here under the ‘Megan size guide’.

For accurate measurements, wear a tight vest or your underwear.
BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, with your arms relaxed by your side.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your bottom.
SLEEVE: Measure from the tip of your shoulder bone to the cuff, with a slight bend in the arm.
To filter by size, please select 'filter' then select your size and finally, select 'in stock'. This will display all styles that are available in that size.
All of our dresses come in two lengths - petite and regular.
Petite length is designed for women 5'4" and under.
Regular length is designed for women 5'5" and over.

We aim to make sure that our customers feel confident in their clothing. Our garments are designed to have a relaxed fit and so our sizing is generous. If you are in between sizes, or would like a smaller/less oversized fit, please consider sizing down.
We recommend ordering your usual size in AUDREY, HANNAH, IRIS, JANE, JEN, LAYLA, LYDIA, MABEL, ROSE, SADIE & SONNY and for a less oversized fit we recommend sizing down in BETSY, DOTTY, ERIN, MAGGIE, MAYA, MEGAN, NANCY, NORA, ORLA, SAM & THIA.
DELIVERY
We offer two shipping options –
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.50 (1-2 working days after dispatch)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.50 (2-3 working days after dispatch)
We ship all orders within 2 days, and all packages should arrive with you within 48 hours from shipping. However, please note that during sale and busy periods orders may take slightly longer than usual to be shipped.
All international orders are currently shipped via DHL and usually take between 2-5 days, but occasionally this can be longer. The cost of delivery may vary but you will be given a quote once you have entered your shipping details.
All orders over £100 will include free 48hr tracked delivery.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is and what day it is estimated to arrive.
If you have received your dispatch email and your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us by email at hannah@ivyt.co.uk
If your tracking information is marked 'delivered' please make sure you have checked your ‘safe place’. If you are still unable to location your parcel, please email us with your order number and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, we want you to love your item but understand that shopping online can be tricky!
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the item. Please follow the instructions on your returns sheet in your package.

Unfortuantely, if any items are returned in a non-saleable condition we are unable to offer a full refund.
Hopefully you will love your Ivy t-shirt(s) but if not, then you are more than welcome to exchange or request a refund within 14 days of you receiving your delivery from us.
To do so, please return the item(s) back to us via your chosen method of postage to IVY T LTD, ROOM 4, FAIRSPEAR BARN, LEAFIELD, OX29 9NY
Please ensure that the item(s) has not been worn or damaged in any way and is still in a saleable condition then carefully re-fold and package the t-shirt with its original tags and complete the returns form that is enclosed in your order confirming the reason for return.
As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns.
We recommend obtaining ‘proof of postage’ and retaining this until you have received confirmation of your refund and/or exchange.
Kindly note that, we are unable to offer exchanges for anything that is more expensive than the item you originally ordered.
It usually takes between 5-10 working days from the postage date for us to receive items and process refunds depending on your payment provider.
Please consider the impact that returns have on us as a small business.

Generally we are only able to offer an exchange for an item of the same price or less. If you wish to exchange for an item of a higher price please email us info@ivyt.co.uk.
All sample sale items are non-returnable.
Yes, your discount code will still apply.
In the unlikely event there is a fault or any other issue with your order please contact us immediately by email to hannah@ivyt.co.uk with full details.
If you are able to attach a photograph to your email this would be very helpful indeed. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent via 24hr Tracked Delivery and a prepaid postage label will be emailed to you for returning the faulty item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & ORDERS
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Any incurred charges must be paid by the customer.
Once you order and we've shipped your items, the delivery company will request tax payment before they release the package to you. Once you have paid this, the courier will release your parcel. We are unable to predict what, if any, charges are incurred when your parcel arrives in the destination country and Ivy has no control over any delays caused by customs charges.
Unfortunately, as a small business we are unable to automatically deduct the VAT. Please contact us by email at hannah@ivyt.co.uk and we will arrange for the VAT to be refunded.
PRE-ORDERS AND STOCK UPDATES
If the product you are after is out of stock, please select the style and size and click on the link "sign up for stock updates here". You will receive an email notification as soon as the new stock is available to order.
When you place a pre-order, you will be given an estimated dispatch date. If additional items are bought with a pre-order style, everything will be shipped together when your pre-order is available for dispatch.

If your order has not already been dispatched, we will be able to may be able to make changes or cancel the order before it is sent. Please note, however, that we cannot change any details or cancel your order once it has been dispatched – we often dispatch the same day so it’s important you contact us immediately. Unfortuantely, during busier times our emails will not be checked as frequently so changes may not be possible.
Yes, we offer an exclusive 10% discount code when you sign up to our newsletter.
Once you've done that, you'll be emailed an exclusive code to use at checkout. Please do check your junk folder as sometimes the email can get caught up in that.
Yes, we do! You can find these listed in our shop here.
The ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme allows you to share a referral link with your friends (who have never shopped are new to Ivy) to receive a one-off 20% discount code. You will only receive your 20% code once your friend makes a purchase.
Each of the discount codes generated will be unique to you and will not display correctly to anyone else. Please ensure your friend opens the referral link on a different device or network to you.
