Returns
In the unlikely event there is a fault or any other issue with your order please contact us immediately by email to hannah@ivyt.co.uk with full details.
Hopefully you will love your Ivy item(s) but if not, then you are more than welcome to exchange or request a refund within 14 days of you receiving your delivery from us.
It usually takes between 5-10 working days from the postage date for us to receive items and process refunds depending on your payment provider. Returns will be processed on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Please consider the impact that returns have on us as a small business and the environment.
Please ensure that the item(s) has not been worn or damaged in any way and is still in a saleable condition then carefully re-fold and package the t-shirt with its original tags and complete the returns form that is enclosed in your order confirming the reason for return.
Royal Mail Portal (UK Returns)
Please return the item(s) back to us via the Royal Mail returns portal. Please click here, select Ivy T Ltd from the dropdown menu and ensure that you include the hashtag when entering your order number.
As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns and £4.00 will be deducted from your total refund when returning an item via the Royal Mail portal. However, we are delighted that the portal now enables us to offer free returns postage on all exchanges.
Alternative Postage Methods (including International Returns)
To return your item(s) via an alternative method please return to: IVY RETURNS, ROOM 4, FAIRSPEAR BARN, LEAFIELD, OX29 9NY
If you choose to send return your parcel via an alternative method, we recommend obtaining ‘proof of postage’ and retaining this until you have received confirmation of your refund and/or exchange.
