My birthday, my picks!
It’s a big month December, with Ivy turning 6 years old on the 1st and me turning ?? today! To celebrate my birthday I have chosen (with difficulty!) and styled my picks that I will be wearing over the festive period (and forever more obviously). You can see these looks in my Instagram reel here.
1. First up is our Arabella. Simply put, the fabric and rib neck trim make this top. It is such an easy piece to throw on over any Ivy base layer (Audrey or Maggie usually for me), but also to throw over dresses or jumpsuits as you can see here.
2. Our Layla breton will always be a special tee for me because she was one of our first 6 designs 6 years ago. Here I have chosen the White Breton option to style. I completely change the look of my breton by adding a collar, and a tank keeps the chill off whilst still showing off my classic stripes.
3.Next is our Thia Grey Marl. I instantly went to choose our White Maggie Crew here, but seeing as we all already know how essential plain white tee’s are, I went with our grey marl instead. I think a great grey marl tee is an unsung hero when it comes to staples so I wanted to let Thia shine. As essential as a plain white t-shirt in my view, this is my go to the pub at Christmas look - totally comfy and casual with a touch of zhoosh with Vintage embellished cardi from My Stylish Collection.
4. Last but definitely not least is my love, my Sadie. This is me for Christmas Day - pure comfort - comfy tee, comfy jumpsuit, cosy wool Rock & Ruby socks and plenty of room for all the yummies
