Our easy-wearing, watermelon sweat shorts are designed for those effortless days when comfort and style go hand in hand. Made from substantial soft organic cotton loop back jersey with a soft, brushed surface, these shorts have just the right amount of structure to keep their shape whilst offering endless comfort. The relaxed fit makes them easy to wear, while the mid-thigh length gives them a modern, versatile look.

Offering maximum comfort while staying super practical, our Joy Watermelon shorts feature side entry pockets, a patch pocket at the back, and a functional drawcord at the waistband.

Joy in watermelon has been "old" garment-dyed for a beautifully soft colour and lived-in look, and is constructed to wash and wear beautifully.

  • 285gsm loop back jersey, with a brushed finish on the surface for softness
  • These shorts have been "old" garment dyed, a method that creates a sun-bleached and unique appearance, especially around the seams and neck

Comfy flattering shorts!

I have been struggling with a changing body shape and finding buying shorts, trousers etc very difficult (and depressing). When these arrived I was so happy as the fit is so comfortable on my stomach and I love the look. I'm a 14/16 and the 14 was fab with a little bit of breathing room.

Joy shorts in navy

Received my Joy shorts last week and I really love them! They are probably the most I have ever spent on a pair of shorts but knowing Ivy's quality I am hopeful they will last me years to come.

They are SUPER comfy and not too short either which is bonus for me as I am 5ft 9 but with long 34" inch leg but as a usual size 16 I am a little self conscious so don't want to wear super short shorts! I find these overall super flattering.

Personally I sized down though. I usually wear uk16 (sometimes 18) on bottom but the size 14 were best on me.
