Verity Organic Cotton Denim Blue Sweatshirt

Gorgeous. I’ve already ordered a slate one too as I love this so much. I live in oversized knitwear but wanted something lighter and a little cropped for Spring and an upcoming holiday. It’s going to be perfect with shorts, jeans, linen trousers…
It’s also cheering me up on a rainy February afternoon. I’m a 10-12 and 5’7” and the 10 is just right.

Verity is just the right length to compliment skirts, high waisted jeans and wide leg trousers. So soft and cosy worn alone or layered it truly elevates as well as understated so many outfits. I’m now ordering a larger size to style as an oversized option .

Loving my new Verity sweatshirt, it’s the perfect layer to throw on for those moments when the sun disappears behind the clouds and it feels a little chilly. I would say the fit is true to size and on the loose side which I like. I have the Nancy sweatshirt too which I love but it’s nice to also have one that is not as oversized and more of a cropped length as this one is. Makes it very versatile to throw on with pretty much anything. Love the colour and the fabric too!

Absolutely love my new skirt and tops, soft on my skin, looks effortlessly put together and is super comfortable.

I have been trying to find a slate jumper that will go with everything, thats also flattering. Im usually a 12, sometimes a 14 and I went with a 14 so it would be boxy and a little oversized. The Sweatshirt sooo soft, even the cuffs on the sleeves feel soft and comfy. The sleeves are quite long, but this doesnt bother me. The length falls at the hips for me and doesnt cling.

Very nice fabric and style but why the extra long sleeves?

I’ve bought both the slate brushback and denim blue versions of this sweatshirt. The brushback was brilliantly cosy this winter (please make this again in the Autumn, Sally 🙏🏻). I bought the ecru this time as a spring treat. It’s a lot creamier than the online photos, almost a pale yellow. What’s lovely about the sweatshirt is it’s more fitted, slightly cropped it looks great with wide leg or barrel leg trousers, joggers or skirts. But it’s still got that effortless, casual look too, and the Ivy softness and quality cotton. I’m a size 12 and bought a 14 to allow for wearing something underneath.

I really like this sweatshirt. I love the colour and the shorter length is good. As with other products I’ve ordered from Ivy, the quality of the natural fabric is good. It’s lovely and soft. The sleeves are slightly too long, but ok when turned back the cuff.
I’ve not washed it yet, so can’t comment.

This drapes beautifully and is just slouchy enough without being too oversized. I love it!

Love the colour and the tactile finish. This is going to get a lot of wear

I bought this style of sweatshirt in the pale blue in my usual size, and it was great, but I felt like a smaller size for the autumn with jeans would be better. It’s great. Soft, snug and fits great with a maggie underneath with my jeans and walking trousers.
I think it will get lots of wear now the weather has turned!
I’m a full convert to Ivy clothing, so my charity shop has had a bug delivery of inferior T-shirts and sweatshirts!

Love this sweatshirt! I’m 5ft3 and usually find sweatshirts way too long on me, but this one’s just right. Perfect length, perfect fit, and looks so good over my new Hannah tee. I’ve honestly lost track of how many IVY pieces I own now – says it all really! Plus, their customer service is always spot on, super quick and so lovely to deal with. I bought a size 16 in Verity though I’m usually a 14 for that effortless oversized fit.
