Erin 3/4 Organic Cotton Black T-Shirt

Lovely top. Soft, lightweight and pleasingly roomy.

This is my fourth Erin! I’ve been reaching for these T-shirts all summer because the cotton is beautiful and I just love the shape of this particular style. I am a busty size 12-14 and have the 12 in these although still roomy. I like the 3/4 sleeves and breezy shape that allows airflow through the bottom hem too. It’s not clingy. I would definitely buy this if it came out in grey, navy, pink or a simple stripe (I already have the white and blue Breton which is one of my favourites!) I don’t know why the multi stripes are so much more expensive in this style and that’s put me off buying those…

The sleeve length on this t-shirt is perfect! Great if you’re always pushing up sleeves, this sits at the right place on my arm. Also amazed at the softness of the t-shirt and the neckline cut is great too.

I now have four Erins! This may seem excessive but I really like this style for the British summertime. You have an easy breezy, stylish shape which looks good with trousers, jeans, skirts or shorts. And because of the three quarter sleeves you don’t need to take an extra layer out with you! The green one is vibrant but complimentary to a lot of skin tones as not too yellow-green. I got a 12 but could have got a 10. I am normally a busty 12-14 or Medium.

I ordered the Erin IVY x Slowette t-shirt having admired it on Hannah Rochell’s Instagram. I’m short and don’t usually wear boxy or oversized tops but took a chance and sized down from my usual 12 to a 10. The fabric has a lovely drape and while it’s a roomier fit than my usual style I think it looks good and is incredibly comfortable. I can layer it over other clothes too so I’m sure I will wear it a lot.

Have worn this a lot since buying and in fact went on to get two more in different colours. It’s great for our British summer as light and airy in the sleeves and a n airy boxy fit around the bottom too. I got a 12 and am normally a 12-14 in other retailers as am busty. 12 is fine and a 10 would also have fit for a less roomy look. Would recommend.
